Citizen upset with phone service at Animal Shelter - can't get through. Has complaint about 4 cats next door that stay in her yard all the time.
Concern re: "arrogancy & audacity of city &/or county council & humane society to raise fine of stray animals from $15 to $100 in one 'swell foop' Just another liberal engine running at breakneck speed toward the backs of lawabiding, voting patriots along w/their evident bedfellows, the HT who shamelessly committed yellow dog journalism by portraying increase as rewards."
is there a leash law? reply- yes, animal control webpage attached
Ms. Moore has contacted Animal Control many times re dog (which attacks people) running loose in her neighborhood. When she calls, dog is restrained for a couple months then is turned loose again. Ms. Moore plans to send letter to Mayor requesting that dog is restrained permanently.
