A citizen called in and stated that there are a few bags of trash on E. 2nd Street at the intersection with Mitchell Street. The trash bags have been sitting on 2nd Street for a couple of weeks. The trash has blown down the block and some of it is sitting in front of 1608 W. 2nd Street. The citizen would like for someone to go and take a look at the problem.
