Connie reported to BPD a break in to her residence on 9/5/97 @ 7am. At the time, nothing appeared to be missing, only indication was that window was left open. Connie later found out that blank checks were stolen & someone was forging her name. She reported stolen checks to Bank One also. She is "very upset" that BPD was not responsive to her - 2 days w/ no rtn. call, police not following up & "blowing her off" b/c case not as important as others. Pls. refer to Case #977168.

Missed pickup - YARDWASTE. She had her limbs out on her box of yardwaste -which had 2 stickers on the box. She didn't bundle the limbs - but they were cut to city specs. Could we please come back & pickup today/tomorrow.

RECYCLING - OTHER. We left notice (attached) that recycles & non-recyclable waste mixed. Explained program separates into 3 catagories - she says that they haven't been doing it for a month that way - would like someone to call her & let her know what she is doing wrong.
