John Stackhouse called regarding a sewer backup in his home on Sat, 12/21/13. Customer left a voicemail for Tonia Lucas on 12/26/13. Requested a return call at 812-325-0048. Customer's address is 2102 E Wimbleton. I spoke w/ customer on 12/27/13 and advised him to contact Renee Rose in the Risk Dept and provided him with her contact #.
I received a call from Ms. Toon because her rental home had received 5 to 6 inches of sewage in the basement during the storm this weekend. She said she thought this had been fixed by the city when we did our project on Wimbleton and she thinks the city should be responsible for all the expenses she is incurring. She wanted to sell the house but she won't be able to because of this issue.
excessive growth
Heavy amount of leaves and broken limbs scattered about the yard.
property appears abandoned and derelict, believes it should be declared unsafe and sealed
The owner here is disposing of food waste in the middle of the back yard. Wild animals are coming from all over the neighborhood to eat. This was reported as incorrect composting.
Refers to back yard, yard has no grass, only sticks, afraid of attracting insects, not real clear what she is complaining about
