trash out in yard( believes it's been months)
Excessive growth reported on bike path along South Smith road. Appears to be on City property as opposed to private.

Utilities workers were out doing work last year and the hole they dug to work on utilities was never filled in. She reported the hole last year, but it was not resolved. The hole is in the median between the street and the sidewalk. It appears like it is has started collapsing.
House has overgrowth in yard. She says that this happens very frequently at the property. She said that there are numerous properties on the circle with overgrowth as well.
Trash dumpsters behind Upstairs Pub, Falafel, etc. Email reads: "This is this morning behind Dunkirk Square. I feel that each tenant (upstairs pub, jimmy johns, falafels, wheel pizza, and Kirkwood Stacks) needs fined and we need to reach out to Bryan Rental (again) as this was the same case two weekends ago. I’ve spoken with the mayor on this type of issue and he wants us to keep issuing tickets every time we encounter this non sense."
The sidewalk in front of the first tree to the east of this address is raised up a few inches, creating a tripping hazard.
Caller stated there is a Jeep parked in the lawn at 700 N Washington St.
