Ms. Young is reporting unsightly weeds and trash at 823 W. 7th Street as well as trimmings and brush that have not been removed. The vegetation and debris detract from the overall tidiness of the neighborhood and may compromise public health by attracting unwanted pests.

Caller stated there is a problem with the light at Patterson and rogers. If you are on S. Rogers street heading south, the light will stay red for multiple cycles. Caller sat there yesterday while all other directions went through 4 cycles and the south bound light stayed red, not helping with the traffic congestion on rogers.
Caller stated there were skunks and rats living in area due to tall grass. Separate UReport entered to HAND for excessive growth.
