Here is the content of the email we received at the Mayor's office. "The electric company’s tree trimming crew was recently working along the B-Line trail and they left a lot of debris in the storm water ditch. Along with the debris that was already there, the ditch is now clogged such that water overflows and floods the trail. This is close to light pole number 83, a short distance south of the driveway that connects the convention center parking lots (i.e., a short distance north of Second Street). It would be a simple matter for two workers with shovels and a truck to clear the debris out of the ditch."
Called to complain about pathways in RCA Park. She said there are two pathways in the park, and neither of them are covered well. She is in a wheelchair and can't navigate the paths anymore because of the holes and ruts. Also wanted to complain about people sleeping in the park, often times intoxicated. She has called the police but they haven't done anything for the problem. She wants to be contacted about when the paths are to be fixed/what she can expect about the people sleeping/passed out in the park.

Complaint of vegetation blocking sight lines where the Clear Creek Trail crosses W. That Rd. as well as where Clear Creek Trail crosses Victor Pike. He said the vegetation needs to be cut back further from the road to provide a better line of sight line for both pedestrians and cars.
A constituent complained to a Councilmember that the Polly Grimshaw trail is badly overgrown and there are several places on the end east of Pete Ellis that are nearly impassable. The constituent said that it would be impossible for two oncoming cyclists to pass each other. Constituent said that sight distances are very poor and the west end "looks like someone went through with a machete about a month ago and took out some of the overgrowth (leaving the remains all over the trail)." The constituent requests that the immediate concern with overgrowth be addressed and that this trail be put on a regular maintenance schedule.
