From a citizen: West-bound lane of E. 3rd near intersection of Smith Road, looks like a small access cover has been dislocated or damaged so that jagged metal is sticking up out of the road.
Police Department Dispatch received phone call concerning trash out behind business, in the creek, seems to be debris from the homeless.
Complaint of grass & weeds growing out onto the side walk at this address and at 301-315 E University at a vacant lot
yard has not been mowed in over a month

Call about a number of houses along Joy and Jed Streets. Yards have not been mowed, including back yards which are visible from the street. Also yard has tarp on lawn killing grass (not sure if that is allowed)
