Dear Government, I have been living here for about 13 years, and in this time it has become clear to me that there is a problem at the intersection between Rusgan Drive and Ramble Road West. You see this intersection has been my bus stop for years, and whether it's the dark of morning when I leave or daylight when I get back people speed right by as if there were no speed limit. This is only made worse by the fact that the intersection is half blind because it lies at the bottom of a small hill. So for the well being of myself and the children of the neighborhood I am requesting that this intersection be changed to a three way stop. I believe this would force the people of the neighborhood to drive at a more reasonable speed and therefore make my street much safer. I believe my neighbor across the street, the father of a small child, previously wrote the city requesting the same thing. I myself am just a teenager. So you know that once the problem has reached the point where a teenager takes time where they could have been doing nothing to write the city about traffic regulation, it's probably not just nothing. And considering others have written about this in the past, I frankly find it foolish to wait until someone actually gets hurt to take action. Thank you for your time and consideration, P.S. Ms Kao contacted Jon Callahan and then me about the culvert under the drive at First United Church. She explained they want to do some improvements to make is safer to mow around the culvert and was hoping someone could give her some advice.

Ms Dwyer contacted me last week and I met her at her house this morning. She is concerned about a sinkhole forming in her yard again and the amount of water that ponds on the south side of her house. This is a historical problem. We made some storm improvements in the alley east of her last year and hoped that would help solve some of her problems but she still has issues and would like to know what she can do. I told her I have asked our crews to video the storm sewer that runs along her yard to make sure the pipe is sound. I told her I would also check our sanitary sewer videos to make sure the sanitary sewer is sound. I explained I would be out of the office for about a week and would get back with her in a couple weeks to let her know what we have found.

Allison Oeding, the property owner of 4445 East Moores Pike called Wednesday, March 22nd around 3:40pm to complain about a reoccuring problem that she has been having over the past year. Her property is adjacent to the old water pump station. At this water pump station it seems as though people have been placing sticks and leaves along the side of it. On two seperate occasions during this last year, she has had to clean up this area because it has been attracting things such as wasp nests.
