Received a complaint from Julia Tobin at 4307 E. Bill Mallory Blvd regarding a 6" hole near the neighborhood mailboxes at the end of her driveway. It appears to be a location for fiber optics(?). She called AT&T but they said it was the city's issue. She's concerned that this hole could cause an injury. Who needs to be contacted to take care of this hole? Her ph# 812-345-3399. Large stones have fallen off adjacent wall and are blocking sidewalk. Thank you. There is no contact person, address, or even photo. Not sure what to do with this one but to close it???
