Dear Sir or Madam, We are struggling with our recycling bin regularly not emptying fully. It is only half empty today. We are not smashing our recycling down, all boxes are flat. I am not sure what is preventing it from emptying fully. If you could please send the recycling truck back by our house, we would appreciate it, and also if you have any suggestions on how to fix this problem. Thank you.

Sidewalk on east side of Rogers between 3rd and 4th, in front of outlet store, is often blocked by cars. Customers park on the sidewalk, meaning pedestrians have to walk on the busy street or cross the street.
Dear Government, I have been living here for about 13 years, and in this time it has become clear to me that there is a problem at the intersection between Rusgan Drive and Ramble Road West. You see this intersection has been my bus stop for years, and whether it's the dark of morning when I leave or daylight when I get back people speed right by as if there were no speed limit. This is only made worse by the fact that the intersection is half blind because it lies at the bottom of a small hill. So for the well being of myself and the children of the neighborhood I am requesting that this intersection be changed to a three way stop. I believe this would force the people of the neighborhood to drive at a more reasonable speed and therefore make my street much safer. I believe my neighbor across the street, the father of a small child, previously wrote the city requesting the same thing. I myself am just a teenager. So you know that once the problem has reached the point where a teenager takes time where they could have been doing nothing to write the city about traffic regulation, it's probably not just nothing. And considering others have written about this in the past, I frankly find it foolish to wait until someone actually gets hurt to take action. Thank you for your time and consideration, P.S. Southeast Park is beautiful but there are two trees in the easement on the way around the bend from Montclair heading south then west on Arden that hang out over the road. If you stay in our lane on the curve coming on to Arden at the park by the baseball diamond, you're going to clip both trees. Could they be trimmed back a bit in the road area? Thank you so much.
Dell Douglas called this morning to voice her concerns about bicycles on the paths and sidewalks at Bryan Park. During the past 3 years she has noticed more dangerous conditions due to the speed of bikers on the paths in the park. Most recently, she was walking far to the right on the path near the stream and a family on bicyles nearly ran into her. They were moving so quickly she was unable to say anything to them. She feels there is more disregard for pedestrians walking in the park and is afraid someone will suffer serious injury if things don't change. She would appreciate a call back from Mick after 6/14. 702 West Allen (rental) 1126 South Fairview 1112 South Fairview (rental) The houses listed above continually have a buildup of trash in their yard. 614 West Allen The yard looks like a junk yard. The continuous supply of trash lying around has attracted pests and dogs to dig in to it. So garbage gets all over the neighborhood. One of the pests that the trash is attracting is skunks. My dog has been sprayed once and I have had a few close calls. This past Saturday a pit bull came out of a large pile of trash and kept barking at me and my infant son trying to defend his treasure. This is my second complaint about trash in this neighborhood (the first time was just about 702). I wish to stay anonymous about my complaints so I don’t make enemies out of my neighbors, especially the ones that own their houses. So please help me resolve this problem. Thank you
