Broken swing on swing set at Park Ridge Park
Someone has covered the drinking fountain furthest from the parking lot (nearest the swings) in dog poop. The dog bowl portion of the fountain is especially covered.
Water Preasure is over 100 psi as measured with a water preasure gauge at this address. Plus the tap water has a lot of floating debris in it. Please look into this issue.
Persistent water coming up in roadway - non emergency
It appears someone defecated in the alley right below the loading door of our building.

The sidewalks on our street are dangerously raised. This issue was first reported about two years ago, and we also notified city crews in person when they were here for other work on our street. The sidewalks are used daily by children in our cul-de-sac, which makes this a serious safety concern. Additionally, tree roots are growing under the sidewalks and into our front yard. Our lawn care provider even expressed concern that his equipment could be damaged by the exposed roots. These issues require immediate attention from the city. Could you please let me know—via email or phone—how you intend to address this matter at your earliest convenience? Thank you for your prompt attention.
Parking meters in this parking lot are not working, i.e., you cannot pay fees using parking meters. A lot of people leave their cars without paying because they see that the meters are defective. Then, it becomes, a classic scam: meters do not work - people have no way to pay - people leave their cars and get a ticket - appeal gets rejected and people have to pay fees. There is a difference between people not paying parking fees and people not being able to pay because the parking equipment was faulty, see the scam scheme above.
No water to the house, Bill is paid in full, not sure what the issue is.
There’s a ton of sand at the corner where E Moffett Lane meets S Harrell Road. I’m a cyclist and turned right onto S Harrell Road and the sheer amount of sand caused me to lose tractions and crash. I hit the entire left side of my body really hard and got a gash on my left elbow and some bad bruising on my thigh. The sand is so bad you can see it on Google Maps. Please please please clean this up
