A business has moved into the former Sterling Glass building at this address. They have placed a large blue dumpster on the lawn at the west edge of their property. According to 20.05.067 of the UDO this dumpster is supposed to be enclosed and on pavement. The property is zoned CG.
Re: Case #165561 Some debris from the accident remains near the RR underpass. Trash and weeds are still on Adams, and on Fountain, and on 8th Streets. Streets near the university at least get swept. Can the City seal the streets, so the weeds won't grow?
My neighbor at 1305 W 6th moved in last July and has not cut his grass since that time. It is long and very overgrown.
There are largely overgrown lawns at the following addresses: 1305, 1009, and 709 West 6th.
Fix pothole at Kingsley Dr. & Briarcliff intersection. Recently paved but when finished left a bad spot which is now a pot hole.
Winding Way, Kingsley/Valleyview and a few spots on Briarcliff in Fritz Terrace need to be resurfaced. Might be easy to include in Kinser Pike resurfacing project currently. Specific pothole spots include: 1012 Winding Way, intersection of Winding Way and Stonycrest, 912,1141, 1132, 1122, 1112, 1102, 1031, 3351 Winding Way; 3401, 3431, 3451, 3501, 3501, 3521, 3621, 3711, 3232, 3212, 3101 Kingsley, Kingsley and Briarcliff, Kingsley and Meadow; 3402, 3342, 3332, 3311 Valleyview; and 1121 Briarcliff. The public storm sewer on the side of my house is very much overgrown. The ragweed (which I'm allergic to) is at least 4 feet high. The ditch probably needs to be cleared and widened as well. I reported the widening and talked with city about this almost 2 years ago. We have frequent flooding problems in our back yard.

Please replace the sodium street light at the end of this west 6th street. Since our neighborhood is prone to thefts, please do this ASAP. It has been flickering for the past few weeks.
