Along southbound The Stands Drive there are at least four (4) street light posts that have the access panel and/or a light lens removed. Approximate locations are as follows: (1) first southbound side light post you come to on The Stands Drive just south E.Rogers Road (access panel is dangling on post and two light lens are missing); (2) light post located on southbound side at The Stands Drive and E.Autumn Drive (access panel is open and loose but still attached to the post); (3) first southbound light post you come to on The Stands Drive just south of E.Autumn Drive (access panel is on the ground at the base of the post; and (4) southbound light post on The Stands Drive at S.Ashwood Drive (access panel to light post is removed and sitting on top of adjacent green utility box). The sidewalk on Stands Drive (Eastside of 3401 S. Ashwood Drive) is in terrible shape (crumbled gravel). The problem exits on S. Ashwood on the north side of the property. We reported the condition of sidewalk over ten years ago. Really.

Partially fallen tree in Olcott park is leaning over our property. Could fall in to our pool and pool filter if it falls. Right behind our house on Pierson ct.

On the Jackson Creek Trail between the roundabout at Sherwood Oaks Park and the Rhorer Road bridge, it would be nice to have some creek access points (minor trail spurs cut through), similar to those existing near the Sherwood Oaks Park.

At bottom of driveway is larger patch of frozen water. We have had numerous water lines breaking and wonder if this is another? Ice patch is in curb and in street.

Cars speeding on stands drive between Rogers Rd and Olcott park. This occurs especially on weekdays a little before and after 3:00pm. Thanks.
