My neighbor might be running a dog business out of her (i think its a girl but idk) house and its making the neighborhood dangerous. Dogs are barking all of the time. Sometimes dogs sound like they’re fighting and she yells at them. She has wolf dogs that escape her backyard all of the time. I’m scared to let my kids play in our backyard because it isn’t fenced and she doesn’t have control over the dogs. People are always dropping off and picking up dogs from her house so idk if the dogs are even hers. Please help. We live near RCA park and I cant even let my kids walk to the park because im scared theyll get bitten. Supposed to be a quiet family neighborhood but now I want to move so my kids can be safe. Pile of yard debris on the south side of the creek needs to be removed as there's a family of skunks living in it. Debris has been there for years but all previous homeowners claim it's "too hard" to clean that side of the creek when the city didn't provide them with a way across it.

1 year after my yard was flooded with mud, this retention hole behind my house is still unfinished and full of weeds! Recently in July they dug up pipes they had installed, and they are still lying there.... who is responsible for finally finishing this mess and mowing the weeds down? I dread another heavy rain and my yard filling with mud again... Please have the people who are responsible finish construction of this area and maintain it properly! Thanks , Dave Reid 812-363-3049

I am writing to bring attention to an issue I am facing as a new homeowner at 909 W Cardinal Ct, Bloomington, IN. There is a runoff in my backyard that originates from a creek in a nearby park. This runoff significantly affects the usability of my property, as I am unable to extend my backyard or fully maintain the lawn beyond my fenced-in area due to flooding. As the homeowner, I am responsible for cleaning and mowing the area on the other side of the fence, but i cannot access this space due to the water accumulation. I have reviewed the blueprint and property lines (LOT 4), and I do not believe there should be a body of water running through my backyard. I am also aware that my neighbors have previously complained about this issue, and I would like to resolve it so that I can fully enjoy and utilize my entire property. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in addressing this matter, as I am paying a substantial mortgage but am unable to fully access my entire property.
