this washed out patch is a fairly serious safety issue for cars and pedestrians. Due to recent work on a sidewalk on Clover Lane, orange traffic cones were available, and were placed at the site of the hole to reduce the risk of an accident. City personnel came to see the issue, and took away the traffic cones, thereby increasing the risk of an accident. City personnel informed me that the hole would be repaired "soon" by the fiber optics installation contractor. While I understand that this sort of thing takes some time to coordinate and complete, the removal of the orange cone and the lack of a repair, is creating a safety risk for cars and pedestrians in the area. thanks, kelly

Failed asphalt in multiple areas of the Oliver and Ramble Road W stormdrains were noted with stormdrain grate clearing. How can this loose road material be reclaimed and reused and can trashbags be provided for the adopt a stormdrain for yard waste and added to trash bins.

Having just retired and buying kayaks for our anniversary...we were dismayed to find that it would cost us $14 every time we wanted to float on Griffey Lake less than a mile from our house! This is NOT right. Indiana only charged us $5 each for all lakes for all of 2018!! How could our home town be so FUBAR...?!

A fitness organization called Bloomington United for Fitness is holding an exercise class in Olcott Park. I appreciate the need for outdoor space, however, they are using the paved trail for stationary exercises. Since these occur in one relatively narrow space, it is not possible to socially distance and because they are exercising, they are not wearing masks. Would it be possible to ask them to move to an area with more space in the park such as an open field not next to the path?

This box (from AT&T) has been hanging over the easement of our property for over 6 months now. AT&T was notified in February, came out and said they'd get to it during a "down time". Nothing has happened on it yet. I don't know what I can do as a homeowner since it is in the easement, is there a number we could call that you might have or is there any assistance you could offer us? Thank you for your help! Looks like a vehicle missed a turn. Fencing across from the lift station located on the corner of Rusgan and Ramble Rd West is damaged and leaning over side walk. Some Fence parts can probably be salvaged if this is given prompt attention.
