Water has been shut off because of large outstanding balance. This is a rental property and the landlord refuses to address the situation and tenant is left without water. The large outstanding balance is due to a water line break.
Person's dog has been barking all thru the night for the last week. Person did this with previous dog as well and has no intention of stopping behavior.

Residents of this home park their cars on the sidewalk. When I try to use the sidewalk I have to walk in the street with my 3 year old son. Cars coming off of Rogers are not going slow around the turn creating a hazardous environment for people walking.
