Water runoff is still an issue. I have reported this before and it is causing damage to my yard and basement. This area really needs a sidewalk or curb with storm drains.

Hello, My home sits at the bottom of an incline where the water in the neighborhood drains onto our driveway and property. Every time it rains the water causes erosion on the property and flooding to our garage and yard. Not only is the un-directed water effecting us, but is also causing the road to erode where water is standing on the asphalt. As well as eroding neighbors propertys and driveway, which then end up in front of our home puddled in the street,(water,gravel,soil). A solution could be installing curbs and catchment drains in the surrounding area to better direct the water from causing more damage to ours and neighboring properties. Tenants living in tiny home on wheels outside owner residence. Have been there for over a month

Ralston Drive has not been salted and plowed in days, or possibly at all. The street runs from Rogers to Rockport and both ends are very bad. It is the worst road we have had to travel on in town. It is difficult to get out of our own road and we are in city limits. If someone could please rectify this problem.
