100% not resolved. It was bad before but it’s worse now .. there was only 2 citations posted before you guys quit coming out to check on it. At this point it’s almost as tall as the average person. What can be done about this ?

Excessive growth. Side yard weeds up to my head.
Owner has left the dog outside in the heat all week. Neighbors have been giving the dog food and water. The dog howls outside all through the night. The owner hasn't been seen in days. The neighborhood has repeatedly notified the City of these concerns.
There is vegetation covering the sidewalk.
When i'm running westbound on Allen street, crossing South Walnut, there are some pedestrian activated, yellow crosswalk, blinking lights. When traveling westbound, I activate the first set of lights by pressing a button. The lights start blinking, I cross halfway across south walnut, where in the median, there is another button I push to activate a second set of blinking, yellow pedestrian lights and I continue traveling west across south Walnut. That second set of lights is not working.
I wanted to reach out about the truck traffic and early morning activity at Foundation Building Materials on Country Club Drive. The business has been there for a long time, and I understand that some level of noise and truck traffic comes with being near a commercial property. Recently, though, the early morning activity seems to have become much louder. Trucks appear to be arriving and unloading around 5:00 a.m., and the noise from backing alarms, materials being unloaded, and heavy equipment carries into the surrounding neighborhood. I've also noticed that trucks regularly use the two entrances through Broadview in addition to the main entrance on Country Club Drive. I wasn't sure if that is how the property was intended to operate, so I was hoping someone could look into it. Would it be possible to review the approved site plan and confirm whether the current truck traffic patterns and early morning operations are consistent with the property's approvals and any applicable traffic and noise regulations? I'm hoping the City can review the situation and determine whether there are ways to reduce the impact on the surrounding residential neighborhood, especially during the early morning hours. The hefty parking situation next to/behind 2400 S Rogers continues to be an issue most weekends and many weeknights. This particular guest vehicle parks on the unimproved area next to 2400’s garage for more than 24 hours at a time, and they almost always block the alley with the back corner of their vehicle. This causes other cars to have to drive partially on the roots of an old growth tree on the neighboring property. The license plate is AD3250. I love to see neighbors enjoying community by inviting guests over, and I would love for them to continue having a good time. If they could park legally along the street without blocking street access, alley access, or mailboxes, there would be no issues. Please help others who access their homes through the alley to get home safely & help us keep the trees healthy.
