It looks like the photo I'm trying to send may not be working.. but anyway.. In front of 1309 South Lincoln is a gutter that is NOT accepting water..the issue is NOT a plugged gutter at the street level because I have cleaned it out myself.. THis has been going on for YEARS and I've reported it twice..The city looked into it and said that there is no blockage,, but since the water backs up at Every rain, the something is obviously wrong..If you can't get a full street view from the photo I've sent with this message let me know where I can send an email with a photo attachment..Thanks.. the rubber speed bumps on 300 and 400 block of East Allen ST have both lost a section of there assembeled speed hump. One loose section is leaning agaist the fire hydrant the intersction of Grant and Allen. It is not a huge deal but it would not be good to hit the missing section if you were on a bike.

Thank you Kathleen for updating ticket 175079. This is a follow-up to your update. I do desire to remain anonymous on ureport system. These storm sewers have long been functionally abandoned and really do not act as "ditches" anymore. In fact some of them seem to not have an inlet. It was not so much that that I though they should be "clean out" but more like the sharp metal hazard should be addressed. The exposed tops of at least three culverts have rusted through creating what I consider "sharp rusty hazards". Replacing those culverts (or repairing the rusty sections) is what I was thinking. Or maybe rotating them 180 degrees so the rusty part is down? My concern with the cleanout solution is the neighbors might not like the excavation unless the hazards are removed. I do not think anyone is complaining about the fact the culverts might not be doing much to handle water run off. Again I just walk my dog along Dodds and that is when I spotted the harzards. I do not live at these residences. Thank you again for the consideration.

There is a large tree overhanging the street parking in front of 900 S Washington St with a very large dead section right over cars parked there. In the time I've lived across the street, two cars have been damaged by falling limbs from this tree, including one incident where a branch approx. 8" in diameter speared through someone's sunroof, totalling the car. The dead branch currently on the tree is roughly the same size and is starting to shed sticks and bark. I would like for it to be removed by the proper authorities before it falls on a car, or into the roadway or bike lane and hurts someone. Thank you!
