Vehicles (at least two) sitting on the street with expired license plates (1995). Another vehicle parked on the lawn. Owner is Jeffrey Onkst. Ms. Vernon is concerned and upset that Mr. Onkst's rental properties in the Fritz Terrace Addition are all very unkept, running down the neighborhood and decreasing property value in the area.
Trash between 3112 and 3122 Valleyview Drive. Also several unlicensed and junk vehicles at above addresses and at 3101 Valleyview Drive. Caller says tired of looking at all the junk vehicles.
Grass over 8 inches tall in backyard. Trees and Brush overgrowth entire back yard.
There is trash stacked by the garage & all over the yard.
