Every time there is a football game at Memorial Stadium, they set off fireworks or cannons or something. Sometimes, like last night, they set them off after 10 and it seems like I've heard them even later than that. Does IU request an exemption to the noise ordinance? If so, why is it granted? Resident insisted that her trash did have tags on it last week. I advised that we could do one courtesy pickup for her at this time but would not be able to do additional courtesy pickups in the future. Roger completed courtesy pickup.
