Other: Every time there is a football game at Memorial Stadium, they set off fireworks or cannons or something. Sometimes, like last night, they set them off after 10 and it seems like I've heard them even later than that. Does IU request an exemption to the noise ordinance? If so, why is it granted? Me and my sleepy infant son would like to know. Thanks.
