GIS shows James & Judith Silvers, 1113 N. Madison. DB-spoke to tenant who verified Judith Silvers as owner (James is deceased). Created rental file. NTS/NSC will be sent. All vehicles where parked in an approved parking area. Did not see much litter. Mrs. Silvers in to register and schedule.
