Property corner of 12th & Jackson is a compete eyesore to the neighborhood, yard remains unmowed most of the time, trees have been allowed to grow out of the sidewalk, mothers w/babies in strollers have to go out into the street, and around to get through.
There are two cars parked in alleyway beside 620 W 13th. One car has no license plates and has been there since last summer. The other has been there for six months.

Car gutted, windshield smashed etc., an eyesore. Wants it removed.
Grass needs cut in back yard. Also grass needs cut at house behind 625 maybe 802 W. 12th St. ?
Weeds overgrown at corner of W. 15th & N. Jackson so high it's hard to see when turning east. Remax sign in yard w/Brian Lapin's name on sign. Remax has not responded to their request to address problem.
15 bags of garbage stored in back yard for at least 3 weeks.
Grass needs cut in rear.
Dumpsters on Rogers on side & trash all over ground.
Electrical work done by son (Jeff Griffith) without a permit.
