The riser is damaged on our water meter pit at 1000 S. Madison. We called you guys about it several months ago (3 or 4). We were told it would be addressed asap and a CBU safety leg frame was put up over it (see attached photo). However, nothing has been done since and this is a bit of an eye sore. Will you please schedule someone to either come repair this or to just come retrieve your leg frame, as I am not happy with how it looks in my yard. Thank you in advance for your help. ~Loren Wood loren@lorenwoodbuilders.com

A large tree limb has fallen onto the house at 901 W 1st st. The property has been purchased by a company whose contact info is not readily available. The tree that the limb fell off of appears to be dead and appears to be an immediate danger to surrounding houses and electrical lines.
There is a large white camper parked at 1201 S Madison. Has Cougar on back of it. Plate is 72462E from Indiana. It goes against city ordinance. This prohibition shall not apply to pick-up type campers. Any violation of this section is a class C violation and subject to the penalty listed in Section 15.64.010(c).”
North bound Madison has no parking sign as you approach stop sign for Dodds. Cars are regularly parked halfway onto the street making the intersection dangerous.
