Yard needs cut. Weeds & grass are over 2 feet tall. She has attempted in the past to notify neighbor without any luck. They did not respond until our dept. got involved.

Concerned about refrigerators w/doors that children can get to. Also, property is an eyesore with all the boxes & trash.
For sale sign by owner - on corner of Rogers & 7th on school property.
Trash on front porch.
Garbage piled up on each side of house.
GOLDSTEIN STATES THAT CITY PAVED THE N-S ALLEY TO THE WEST OF HER HOME IN 1991 OR 1992. APPARENTLY THIS HAS ALLOWED THE WATER TO RUN OFF ONTO HER PROPERTY IN HER CRAWLSPACE. SHE DID NOT REALIZE THAT THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON UNTIL SHE RECENTLY HAD TO GO UNDERNEATH THE HOUSE. THE WATER HAS CAUSED PROBLEMS. WHAT CAN THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT DO?
Never put trash out. Back porch is loaded with trash, tarp over stuff on porch. Smells, thinks they saw rats. Corner of W. 8th & Waldron. Babysits and is concerned for children if there are rats.
Trash everywhere, especially in back yard. Yard needs cut. Pieces of the house falling off.
Trash & junk behind house.
This is the 2nd Baptist Church and Rev Butler and Suzanne Faulk are requesting handicapped parking on the corner of 8th and Rogers and the other nearby.
