Construction company working on the house , has left trash & construction debris in the yard for a long time.

ILLEGAL GRAVEL PARKING AREA ON WEST SIDE OF N WOODLAWN BETWEEN 10TH AND RR TRACKS.
Trash stacked up there for over 2 months. Gets added to but never any taken away Tenant name is - Levitt.
Owner (not in rental system) stacking concrete blocks, blocks are not mortared together & appear unstable & to be leaning.
Trailer parked in the tree plot. Parking Enforcement officer told him to move the trailer last week, but it's still in the tree plot.
Dumpster in front of Leslie's is full & has been sitting there for a week that way. Complaintant said no one has been around there for a week but dumpster still there.
Complaintant said "corner of 5th and 6th" and mentioned Malibu Grill. Sofa sitting there for a week. Complaintant wants it removed by noon today or he will have the Sheriff remove it & he will not pay his taxes.
Two dumpsters in alley are overflowing. Also people are stacking trash on top of old shed that is burnt down. She spoke w/her apt. mgt. about dumpster & they said it would be taken care of - but it hasn't been yet.
Trash.
Untagged trash, boxes, furniture has been there since Aug. 10 when students moved out.
