The incident occured at approximately 10:20am on 2/15/22. We were performing work at the One City Centre for Connor Reporting (120 W 7th St), when we parked our 2009 Ford Edge in the Taco Bell parking lot. We parked in the lot between 9:50-10:00am. I have 2 main issues with the non-consenual tow I received from TowTime Towing and Breakdown Solutions. #1 I was charged $168 for the tow, when it clearly states in your city ordinance for a max of $135 for the tow [4.32.130]. The car was picked up from the tow facility at 11:03a. #2 I did not receive a copy of any written authorizations from Taco Bell regarding the authorized tow of my vehicle [4.32.100 subsection a]. Please direct me in the correct way to file an appeal against this predatory tow. I am looking to receive full reimbursement for the improper tow. I am also interested in verifying the licensure of TowTime in regards to [4.32.040].

The water in this building has a very strong sewage smell. I understand hard water and mineral smell and taste but the smell of this water is concerning.

We are having a landscape crew dig stumps in this area, but before we can start - it needs to be flagged and checked for underground utilities. I actually don’t have an address for these stumps. Is there anyway you can have the underground utilities checked in the red circle on the photo of the map below? Please let me know. The drain covers in the 300 block of E. 7th street come loose and pop off whenever a car drives over them. The road is so narrow on the street due to bike lane that the west bound traffic comes too close to the curb and hits the drain covers. Can the city weld them down so they don't pop off?

The covers on the rain drains make a terrible racket, I appreciate the fact that they are secure and will not pop off but the racket in the middle of night is too much! I think a foam pad under the grate would work. Much appreciated!!
