There is a lot of sand that has collected on the corner of Grant and 10th. I would like to request a street sweeper to clean up the loose sand as it is causing issues for bike riders and motorcyclist. Most of the sand is right on the side of the Revolutionary Bike and Bean Building (Red Brick Building). Thank you.

A large pothole has formed as one turned off of 10th Street. The address it is located is 409 E 10th Street.
The view of oncoming traffic is obscured at this intersect by the residences. I have not been in or witnessed a collision, but I believe that safety is a concern. I believe that any misfortune might be mitigated with the posting of stop signs or the placement of convex traffic mirrors. The surrounding residences are property of Indiana University. I am a lessee of one of these properties- 824 1/2 East Cottage Grove Avenue.
In the alley between caveat emptor and the jewelry store-- very close to (and visible from ) the sidewalk on Walnut. Very large on one side, smaller on the other, needs to be painted over ASAP. I own the building at 118 N. Walnut. Thanks.
On 8th St. in between Dunn and Indiana there are absolutely no street lights and it is pitch black at night. One block up the street (towards Grant) there are some but none on our side.
There are no lights on the entire block of our street. It is a very dangerous situation, especially walking at night.

There are numerous close calls and way too many accidents at this intersection because cars on Grant aren't aware that cross-traffic on 9th doesn't stop. There was an accident this afternoon and luckily everyone was fine, but I believe it could have been avoided if the city put up a little "Cross Traffic Does Not Stop" sign below the stop signs on Grant. The alley between Tracks and Village Deli,leading back to bloominfoods, is in terrible shape, with many potholes.
