Customer wants storm drain cleaned out.
The drainage ditch leading into a sewer grate behind our house is outgrown and filled with debris that is blocking the sewer grate. It is typically cleaned out by the city at least once a year but no one has come for more than 12 months.
This is in reference to a prior case submission (#913401) - the prior service request was closed and listed as the property owner's responsibility but the case history for the location shows that in 2014 the same issue was submitted by my former neighbor and the city did resolve the issue with the storm drain being blocked. 9/10/2024 10:05:29 Closed by Emily Tate According to CBU records, the ditch at this location is private property, so maintenance is the responsibility of the property owner, or in some cases a neighborhood group/HOA. Thank you. Street light is out. Was reported 2 weeks ago and not fixed. This is a bus stop for school children, both elementary and secondary. Since the time change it is much more hazardous. Would hate to see an accident.
The hole in my yard that contains my water meter is flooded. I had noticed that the ground was wet around the outside of the lid, so I removed the lid and discovered that the cavity that holds the meter is filled with water. My name is Bruce Lilly and I live at 410 N Park Ridge Rd in Bloomington. I’ve attached a photo. What should I do?
these folks planted some bushes between the sidewalk and the street. The bushes grow each year and block at least 1/2 of the sidewalk. they also protrude into the street.
Pothole at intersection of N. Plymouth Road (my street) and N. Sheffield Dr. in Park Ridge East. To miss the pothole, drivers are moving to the right thereby ending up driving into the grass on the corner creating mud which gets pulled into the street.
