Storm culvert is clogged under the railroad tracks @ intersection of Wimbleton & Plymouth.
Storm culvert is clogged under the railroad tracks @ intersection of Wimbleton & Plymouth.
Clogged storm drain at the intersection of Sheffield and Cambridge.
Clean clogged storm drain between homes of 4201 & 4109 Saratoga in the yard.
The intersection of Sheffield at both Cambridge and Providence Court are experiencing EXTREME flooding. These intersections have struggled before, but in 2020 they seem to be worsening rapidly. I am the association president and was sent the included photos from concerned (flooded in) neighbors.
Water heavily pools and looks very muddy at the foot of our driveway and down Sheffield and seems to be very slow to go into drains when it rains heavily.
Storm drain is failing and needs new housing.
This is in reference to a prior case submission (#913401) - the prior service request was closed and listed as the property owner's responsibility but the case history for the location shows that in 2014 the same issue was submitted by my former neighbor and the city did resolve the issue with the storm drain being blocked. 9/10/2024 10:05:29 Closed by Emily Tate According to CBU records, the ditch at this location is private property, so maintenance is the responsibility of the property owner, or in some cases a neighborhood group/HOA. 546 N. Park Ridge Road, sidewalk awful deterioration, wheelchair difficulties. Please have owner repair.
The curb in front of my house has heaved to the point where pulling into my driveway is damaging my cars. Both curbs need to be removed and replaced. The road in front of the curb is also breaking up and needs to be repaved.
Curb has sunk about 6 inches below road pavement creating deep hole. Caused by broken connection to sewer pipe on city property. City supposedly repaired the leak over a year ago, but area is still sinking to the point that ground level is now below the pavement and still sinking.
