Resident called in to complain about the location of a dumpster that has been parked beside their residence for approximately 2 months. Problems related to the dumpster location precipitated after IU students began move-in activities earlier this month. The resident has not been able to reliably utilize sanitation services because the dumpster obstructs access for sanitation vehicles. Sanitation has issued warnings to the resident for trash build-up, but the resident does not control the dumpster and has requested help to remediate the problem.

Second night in a row (as well as other nights in the past week) where a jackhammer and other loud equipment is being used past 10:00 pm less than 100 feet from residential housing. Filed a report this morning after this occurred around 2:45 am and was told it was a "one-time occurrence" and would be addressed.
the overgrowth from B-Line has made Morton Street from Howe to Smith a one lane road, which causes issues on an already overly tight turn at Smith & Morton. can this be cut back/down? thanks for your time and consideration. kind regards, NE
This car has not moved for a week... someone appears to be living in it. Is this really acceptable? One week ago I was sent this email. David, Hello. I received the uReport you filed with the City regarding the van on W Howe Street. A Downtown Resource Officer spoke with the owner today and is in the process of attempting to help them with repairs so the van can be moved in the near future.
