There is a old white Ford truck (I believe it’s from the 70’s) that is broke down and it’s been here for while. Neighbor been working on it off and on which I see that it’s against city ordinance due to it parked on Howe. Just would like it moved. Definitely an eye sore. Would like to city to look in this.

A truck apparently lost two loads of branches on Rogers Street. Motorists had to drive around them as they were blocking the road. Someone then placed them in our yard. We have no way of dealing with this.

Safety issue/Excessive growth at 820 w. 2nd street. This property has excessive growth that obscures the line of sight on Euclid Ave for west-bound traffic on 2nd street.
Note that this property has had a prior complaint in July 2015.
Line of Sight

Line of sight/safety hazard because of excessive growth in front of 820 W. 2nd Street. For those turning onto 2nd street from Euclid street, the vegetation blocks the line of site. This is especially dangerous because the property is near the top of a hill, which already obstructs line of sight.

Temporary Signage w/o permit
813 W Kirkwood AVE

There is a sign advertising an AirBnB rental attached to a tree on the property at 813 Kirkwood Ave. The tree is one of two on either side of the alley next to the property, and is located on the berm between the street and the sidewalk, and so appears to be in the city's Right of Way. As far as I understand it, this signage is in violation of the Bloomington Municipal Code, Title 12 (Streets, Sidewalks, and Storm Drains), Chapter 24.080 (Trees and Flora), Ord. 08-06 § 2 (part), 2008) - Prohibited actions, which states "(2) No person shall do any of the following to trees subject to these provisions:
(b) Attach any wires, nails, chains, cables, advertising posters or any other contrivance"
I would appreciate it if the city removed this sign and prevented such actions by the landlord in the future.
