Sue Hill complained that her neighbor at 911 W. 3rd street is using a publicly owned alley between their two properties for her own personal use. This apparently doesn't bother her, however, the neighbor has been putting things like yard trimmings on to Ms. Hill's property without permission

There is an electric bicycle that has been dumped on the sidewalk. It has been there for three days. Someone needs to remove it.

Hi, W 3rd just before Roselawn cemetary, there is an alley that leads to 4th St. It would be great to have a sign that faces W with a bike on it pointing toward 4th St. It would help bicyclists coming from Patterson addition and the soon-to-be affordable project at Walker, cycle on 4th St to town and IU rather than going the wrong way on 3rd Street. Thanks for this ureport.
