Tree branches have gotten so long they are hanging in the roadway. All through Sweetbriar neighborhood. Cars have to veer out of lane to avoid. High profile vehicles are breaking branches out of the trees. Trees need to be trimmed back so we can drive.
Due to the rain yesterday, my basement has flooded and many others in Winslow Farms have as well. There is not enough drainage in place to handle the water that comes to my immediate area with a heavy rain. I have a storm drain in the backyard between my home and the neighbors. This drain is not sufficient to deal with the water for this whole area. Many times during the year in heavy rains, this drain gets overwhelmed and we get a large pool in backyard. Unfortunately, this time, the water rose to a point where it entered into my basement and I am now dealing with many thousands in damage. It seems that someone from the city needs to come analyze the drainage situation in this area of Winslow farms and some additional drainage systems or drains need to be added. Hi, I live at the end of a cul-de-sac and every week trash/recycling truck goes in reverse (direction of my yard) to complete turn. The back of truck has ran into my yard three times now over the last few months creating a huge divot. I work hard to keep my front yard looking nice. I didn’t complain the first two times. Instead I went out of my way to add dirt, grass seed, and straw. I am pretty fed up now. I would appreciate it if the city repairs damage and prevents this from happening again.
There's a Bradford pear tree on the south side of the lot along Winslow Farm Drive that is damaged and has a low hanging branch over the sidewalk. I believe this is a City street tree.
Poison ivy growing on sidewalk leading up the path to the park from Highland. This was reported by my husband last year and we believe someone just cut it off it’s coming back again and needs to be treated.
There are two Ash trees, both dead, with branches falling, may soon fall over on my lot. Could I get these taken out?
From 2142 S Bent Tree Drive to 2135 S Bent Tree Drive needs some filling
The Street Department came the first of the week and put down a beautiful new layer of street in my cul-de-sac (Summerwood Ct) but when it rained the water pooled on the side of the street as high as the curb. It was at least 5 inches deep at the curb and extended halfway across the street. Apparently there formerly was a storm sewer at that particular location, but it is no longer functioning which results in water, snow, ice accumulation at that point and the streegt will quickly deteriorate. Please help!

At the end of the driveway at 2139 S. Bent Tree Drive, blacktop has been eroding away to a pothole. Water drainage from the street has been making it larger over time.
