This light has been on and off for sometime now. It is dark outside early in the morning and we would appreciate it very much if the light could be fixed to be on when it is dark out Rev. Ernest D. Street limbs overhanging the street low down, blocking visibility for cars, especially turning at the intersection

Sewage is backing up in our basement after today's rain at 901 W Briarcliff Dr, Bloomington IN 47404. We have rotorooter coming out, but in the past roots in the city line in front of the house caused backups. Please check this line as soon as possible to see if it needs roots cut. We've experienced a catastrophic backup due to problems in the city's line before and wish to avoid a recurrence. Thank you very much for your help in this matter.
