There is a vacant lot next to my home at 1015 E. Keri Marie Lane, that has a great deal of overgrowth all along my property line. The attached photo is one example where the growth overextends my fence and is creeping into my own vegetation. Please eradicate this overgrowth. SHE WAS CONCERNED BECAUSE APARTMENT COMPLEXES DO NOT RECEIVE THE SUMMER SEWER AVERAGE. SHE COMMENTED THAT MOST COMPLEXES KEEP THEIR LAWNS WATERED TO LOOK NICE SO THEY SHOULD RECEIVE SOME TYPE OF BREAK IN THE SEWER PORTION OF THEIR BILLS SAME AS RESIDENTAL CUSTOMERS.
