There are still a 4 or more lights out on the opposite side of 5th street across from Rose Hill cemetery. In addition after you make the turn to do south at the nearby intersection, there are at least 2 or 3 lights that have "dimmed" (I don't know what this means but I assume they are defective) that are on the right side of the road in near to Hinkle's Hamburgers. Let's get Duke on this, we pay them to do it.

There is absolutely no parking available for residents who live at 1200 W Kirkwood Ave apartments. The resident who lives in 1208 1/2 has 6 different vehicles parked on N Pine Street and has made parking impossible for anyone else who lives here. I’m reporting this here as I’m not sure of anywhere else to report this? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Numerous attempts to speak with the tenant have failed.

Lawn way overgrown. You can actually drive around the whole Westpointe neighborhood and cite people. There's a lot of do-minimal type people living here with overgrown lawns, composting grass and material in the lawns, etc.
