Trash dumpsters behind Upstairs Pub, Falafel, etc. Email reads:
"This is this morning behind Dunkirk Square. I feel that each tenant (upstairs pub, jimmy johns, falafels, wheel pizza, and Kirkwood Stacks) needs fined and we need to reach out to Bryan Rental (again) as this was the same case two weekends ago.
I’ve spoken with the mayor on this type of issue and he wants us to keep issuing tickets every time we encounter this non sense."

A citizen reported that a house at the corner of 4th St. and Dunn St. has trash all over the yard and the yard is over grown. He also stated that he was not sure of the exact address.

This is the Siam House. The used clothing store manager said there is trash, beer bottles, lawn tools, a grill, etc in the yard. His customers are complaining about the trash. He made a call today and it is being cleaned up, but he said it will be a mess again in a few days.

As a home owner on old 37 N whose property’s easement is being used for the new line, I have some questions. The work has torn up an existing asphalt sidewalk that runs from marlin to the first house on Old 37 N along with a retaining wall in front of my house, my property sits down form the road. What are the plans come spring for this muddy mess? Is the community getting it’s sidewalk back? What of my wall?
