Good Morning. There is a lot of concern on Facebook about a pit bull living among the homeless people near the kirkwood area. The pit bull attacked a student the other night and the pit bull is still there. It was not taken away because the student said to leave him. The pit bull has allegedly attached three other people. This is a very serious matter and I truly believe it needs to be rectified. May I please get updated on the situation? My son lives nearby and he always goes on morning runs. Many kids are constantly walking in the area and before there is a tragedy I’m hopeful something can be done about this situation.

Dogs unleashed during hours of the day in the morning around 6 am can be potentially be a hazard for the person or other dogs walking in the morning

On Wednesday, August 21st, I was at Ferguson dog park. A dog brushed against me and I reached to pet the dog and it bit me on my RT hand. The gentlemen the dog belonged to said nothing and did nothing and promptly left. I did not get any information from him. I was seen at the Bton ER where I got 8 stiches for 2 different bites, rabies prevention (due to not knowing the dog's vaccine status), Dtap and oral antibiotic. None of the other dog owners that were there helped to get this gentlemen's into. I want people to be aware. FYI, he was an elderly man, I would guess 70s and walked with a cane. His dog was medium built, mutt and medium size and black. Someone at the park told me, after the gentleman had left, that he had said, "I try to warn people," and mentioned that they had seen him there before. If anyone has any info please let me know. Heard the guy renting (Nick Robinson) bragging about how he always keeps his 4 dogs outside outback, and barely feeds them. *The attachment is him saying he hates dogs. Not sure if he was serious, but was hoping someone could stop by.

There are barking dogs at this address all day long starting very early in the morning. It's especially bad between 8am-12pm. They need to be forced to put up a solid fence around their backyard so their dogs can't see the street or backyard neighbors. When the inhabitants of this house were addressed by the neighbors they threatened to physically harm anyone complaining about their dogs. The police were called last year due to the physical threats. There must be some ordinance about barking dogs all day long. Can you make them put up a solid fence so their dogs can't see anyone who is walking by on the street or in their own backyard?
