THERE IS AN AREA BEHIND THE HOUSE WHERE DOGS HAVE GOTTEN INTO THE TRASH. CANS ARE EVERYWHERE.
There is a torn open bag of trash littering the yard. Condition is chronic. Occupants changed oil in the driveway and let the oil run down into the gutters along the street.
Resident on the left side of duplex at 308 E Cottage Grove has had untagged bags of garbage all over her lawn for the last two weeks. Problem has occurred before. Mr. Bridenbaugh said that the resident names are Mitch Ison and Kerri Webster.
Received memorandum via fax from Monroe County Attorneys Office re abandoned vehicles on 1813 W. Gray St. and on neighboring lots. Mr. Siedl reported that a person named Wayne Moore (the son of a neighboring property owner) was responsible for placing abandoned vehicles on his property and other lots. SEE ATTACHED FAX
Mr. Singrey reports that his neighbors who live at 421 N. Park do not put tags on their trash, which has been sitting in front of 716 E. 9th St. for 3 weeks.

Trash on the corner of Bloomingfood on Clarizz
"Tons of trash piled behind the house." Caller stated that the property owner is Don Staggs, and that stock piling trash has been a problem in the past.
Trash is left out all the time in the 500 block of N. Fess between 9th and 10th St. (on the west side of Fess St.). Residents started doing this once Sanitation stopped alley pick up.
Trash everywhere in the side and back yard.
