Line of sight issues. Can’t see to get out of the alley tree plots are blocking my view to pull out. Very dangerous. I complained last year and nothing was done. Worse this year

We had an ice buildup issue in the last deep freeze we’ve never seen before on 3rd st. Not even from the first deep freeze. Water runs from the location and house I tagged all the way down to 4th street and hasn’t stopped even as everything else has dried up post rain. Not sure if it’s a house issue or pipe issue but figured worth noting.
Recyclables & non-recyclables waste mixed. Items are not included in recycling program. Recyclable items not properly sorted. Sort paper from other, NO trash in recycle 945

Could the alley/connector at North Orris Drive, between 11th and Cottage Grove be ploughed? It always has been in the past, but wasn't after this last snow. Thank you!
