Clarizz Boulevard gate open despite local plan for site that requires it to be closed until mid April. Please take legal action.
Ms. Stewart requested that late charge fees be removed from acct. for Univ. Commons Apts. due to delays in mail - bills not received timely.
University Commons Apts., owned by Sterling University, owns an area on the West side of the complex, towards Stonegate Drive, which is not maintained. The pinetrees and hill belongs to the apartment complex.
Overgrown brush in the easement between the apt. complex and Mr Martin's property. Complex is behind Ryan Steakhouse on E 3rd. He also said that the erosion control fence was never taken down.
Campus Corner has temp sign without permit
Campus corner has another temp sign displayed. they recieved a coutresy warning and then a fine in may of this year.
Campus Corner Apartments has several temps signs up again without permit.
Campus Corner has several signs in the ROW along Clarizz and a banner on fence next to rental office.
Campus Corner has several signs along convenanter without a permit.
