A dog that resides at 1615 Treadwell Ln, Bloomington, IN 47408 is allowed to wander the neighborhood off leash. It once tried to attack a jogger. We have complained but the dog still comes over to our yard and defecates.
The left turn arrow for the left turn does change to green. I sat through this light on Thursday and today for two light cycles and it never turned green.
The white poles on Thurs street need to go. They are going to cause an accident.
The east bound left turn signal came on at the same time as the westbound straight lane signal. This could cause an accident!
Almost got into an accident TWICE thanks to the new white traffic pylons you put up blocking off 3rd Street where it becomes a one way on campus. I've had two cars pull out in front of me off of Mitchell street because it used to be a lane they could pull out onto but now it's blocked off for seemingly no reason whatsoever. Really unacceptable.

We recently had a tree removed from the spot shown, as well as having a tree trimmed on the other side of our driveway. The tree that was removed was rotted out as it was deemed unsafe. We moved to this location in 2019 with a new baby on the way. Fast forward 2 years and just after the tree was removed by the City of Bloomington, our now 2 y/o plays in front of our house and has now fallen multiple times because of the drop off on the sidewalk due to the tree roots that have lifted the sidewalk. Additionally, small animals have now made this area their home. This is the same problem on the opposite side of our driveway by the electrical boxes due to overgrown root systems of trees that were frankly too large to plant in there specific spots.The lift in the sidewalk from the tree roots has caused a major trip/fall hazards that are at least a 6in drop. Please advise.
I have walked the trail at Latimer Woods at least once a day for the last 4 years. Thanks for providing us with a dirt trail through the woods. Last fall, I believe employees of Parks and Rec. raked the leaves off the trail after they all fell in November. While this may have seemed like a good idea, the trail became treacherous after a rain, freeze/thaw, or snow. Please leave the leaves on the trail. They provide traction, and help prevent erosion. The white traffic pylons were installed in such a way that there is now only one lane, with oncoming traffic, to turn into. This makes the intersection more dangerous, and I have seen several near-accidents there because there used to be a second west-bound lane to turn onto from Mitchell. Surely this was a mistake--the pylons could have been installed in such a way as to guarantee immediate access to Third St. from Mitchell, with no chance of a merging accident, and allowing merging further west.
