Construction noise complaint
These signs are all down E 3rd Street, and elsewhere through town. this sign is at the corner of 3rd and college Mall heading east, next to the CVS. There is another one a block east, and another two blocks east from that.
Walking the trails and street line next to Latimer Woods and at the bus stop of E Buick Cadillac Blvd and S Clarizz Blvd I realized that there has been more trash filling in this area. There are now three shopping carts and some homeless encampments. The area has a foul smell. I walk this area almost every morning and this part of the woods has gotten worse with trash and encampments.
Run each morning next to the mall and the Latimer woods and there have been homeless encampments in the wooded area of Latimer woods for 3-4 months now. This morning it had a more unusual foul smell than usual, like the smell of something/someone dead. There is broken glass and trash throughout the woods and coming out of that area as well
There is broken glass out in the road at the three way intersection of Buick Cadillac Blvd and Clarizz Blvd. There are encampments in Latimer Woods that are bringing this trash and glass out.
While walking through the park I observe acholic being consumed regularly. Empty alcohol bottles left on tables in pavilions. I changed my walking path at night because of unhoused sleeping on playground and at both pavilions. The park is becoming more and more unsafe.
