E 19th St, Bloomington, IN, USA

Case Date:

The apartment construction by Varsity properties on East 19th Street has caused an excessive level of dust on the road. Whenever a vehicle drives by, the dust becomes airborne. In addition, the dust also falls on to nearby vehicles, causing a significant amount of scratches and inconvenience. No effort has been made to clean up the street. It is especially disgusting to walk on when it rains.

The upstream end of the County culvert under Conrad was smashed about 10 yrs ago. Mr. Zink has tried to fix it with a jack but hasn't had much success. When water runs over the road it sometimes gets in his garage
