To who it may concern, After 3 or more maintenance requests in the last week for our air conditioning at apartment 123 of The Arch Bloomington, the General manager will not do anything about it beyond sending maintenance to keep adding free-on when there is an obvious other issue. The first street light on the east side of Curry Pike, just south of Constitution is blue and not very bright.

On Sep 23 Cook Medical hosted a car show and used all disabled parking spots cone them off for show cars to use. They directed peoples working within the facility with disabled permt parking to park in the very rear of the parking lot.

Vehicle has parked for over a week on corner without moving. HOA asked these renters to move vehicles off street at night, they do not abide. Vehicle obstructs two way traffic and needs removed.

At the corner of 2nd and Mitchell, there is a bush/shrub/tree that is way overgrown. It is a visual obstruction at the 4-way stop intersection. It needs to be trimmed.

Large pothole on the corner of Allendale and Browning Lane (at the base of the Stop sign) in Sherwood Oaks subdivision. It fills with water every time it rains. When it freezes over it is very hazardous. Thank you for taking care of this issue.
