703 E 11th St home has big hole in side window. It looks as if someone threw an object through the window. I saw it on my way to work at 11am, and it was unchanged at 6pm when I returned. No cars in the driveway so I just wanted to be sure whoever owns the house is notified.

I have a question that I paid rest of my payment when I left my renting house(address : 2789 E.Bressingham Way, Bloomington, IN, 47401) but I found out that there is about $73 in my account. When is this city going to clean up all the passed out junkies littering our streets? I can't even shop in my own fucking city anymore. Last night I went downtown to eat dinner and I'm the span of 4 blocks I was harassed for change multiple times, someone threatened to steal my sunglasses, and a man was shitting in a trash can wiping his ass with his bare hands right outside town hall. Seriously when are you going to wake up and do your job. I've lived in major metro areas and have never seen anything close to this. People openly smoking crack, nodding off on heroin this is a fucking mess and someone is going to end up getting hurt or worse.
