Ms. Vent stated that there is an apartment complex at the corner of Dodds and Henderson as well as a rental property and the the cars are parking on both sides of the street Ms. Vent stated that is there are cars parked there you cannot see to pull out on Henderson Street and if there is a car waiting to pull out you cannot turn on to Dodds. I was damn near killed today by a car that didn't stop at the corner of High Street and Maxwell Lane. The car was coming south on High Street while I was coming west on Maxwell. There is no crosswalk at the intersection, but there is a stop sign for traffic. The stop sign is not stopping traffic.
